在填寫國際佛光會南馬協會2024年全球復蔬公益路跑「學生組」線上登記表前，請仔細閲讀此注意事項。
Please read carefully the following notice before proceed to the registration.

  1. 此登記表僅内部使用，由各校老師填寫。請勿將此表格對外流通。
    This registration form is only for internal use and is filled out by teachers of respective schools. Please do not circulate this form.
  2. 請詳實填寫所有欄目。資料不符或不完整者將不被受理。
    Please fill in all fields. Incomplete information will not be accepted.
  3. 請先選擇地區，再選擇單位類別。華小及國中以學校編號搜索。
    Please select the Area first and then the Category. For Primary Schools and National Secondary Schools, please search by School ID (Kod Sekolah).
  4. 此登記表將以學校為登記單位。請填寫正確學校編號搜尋。
    This registration form will take school as the registration unit. Please fill in the correct School ID (Kod Sekolah) to search.
  5. 我方保留更改任何注意事項的權利，恕不另行通知。
    We reserve the right to amend any terms and condition without prior notice.
