As a non-governmental organization, Fo Guang Buddhist Association, Johor relies on donations to fund our work on culture, education, charity and cultivations. Due to the nature of donations, refunds can only be given at the discretion of management.
We will consider all refund requests on a case by case basis, however, a refund for any reason outside those detailed below is unlikely to be granted.

In all instances, Fo Guang Buddhist Association, Johor will not refund past the previous tax year.
If a refund request is agreed the donor will be refunded within thirty (30) working days of the decision, using the original method of payment. The timely refund of the donation will depend upon the type of credit card or banking instrument used during the transaction.
Donor requesting a refund must email us at s.malaysia@blia.org within fourty-eight (48) hours along with payment receipt, and donor’s details. A final refund amount will be calculated after deducting all online transaction costs.
If a donor wishes to dispute the refund decision, a further request can be escalated by email. Please note that we may request additional information or documentation from you in consideration of any disputed item.
Although most changes are likely to be minor, Fo Guang Buddhist Association, Johor may change its Refund Policy from time to time, and in Fo Guang Buddhist Association, Johor sole discretion.
